This is one of the better books to explain both NTSC, PAL and digital measuring tools such as vector scopes. I found it very useful. It complements well training materials you find from Tektronix. Presentation is similar. There are a few tests that could use a more thorough explanation but most will tell you how to troubleshoot and setup video and audio equipment.
